MICHAELTODARO, ESQ: An Ivy leage-trained attorney, Mr. Todaro specializes in foreign trade with a focus on the Pacific rim. He has proprietary business interests in Southeast Asia where he travels frequently.

SAMARA HERARD: Our resident Banking and Systems Specialist, Ms. Herard, has over 12 year Banking & Finance experience working for one of the world's leading institutions the majority of that time.  With an extensive background in Business Lending and Trade Finance, Mrs. Herard has served as a trusted advisor and client manager for large portfolios. With a focus on system evaluation and structure, she emphasizes a concierge approach to see that each client’s unique goals are realized.  

JASMINE JOHNSON: Rounding out the team is Ms. Johnson, Marketing & Communications Specialist. Ms. Johnson joins us with 5 years of qualified expertise in marketing, creative planning, public relations and brand development. Ms. Johnson's knowledge of niche markets has made her especially valuable to those who want to expand their reach to include specific and segmented audiences. Prior to her work in marketing and communications, Ms. Johnson spent 10 years in behavioral healthcare where, in conjunction with her academic experience, she gained  a thorough understanding of the psychology behind consumer behavior.
